An arched black cast iron stable window frame has been given a new lease of life with glass art in the Tiffany technique. The motif features intensely blue flowers with small yellow centres and deep green leaves spreading across a background of softly shimmering white glass.
The contrast between the raw, dark iron and the colourful glass creates a rustic expression. When light falls through the pane, the varying texture and colour depth of the glass emerge in a vibrant way.
Glass lives with the light. Colours, texture and shape may appear slightly different in reality compared to photos, as a screen can never fully capture how glass refracts and lets light through. You are always welcome to view the artwork or item in the studio before purchasing.
