This piece is created in glass with a symmetrical pattern in varying tones of pink, purple and deep burgundy. The assembled pieces of glass form a recurring floral motif that extends across the square surface.
The colour palette encompasses light pink and rich dark purple shades that create a vibrant depth. The varying texture of the glass allows the panel to catch and let through daylight in a lovely way when displayed.
The piece is mounted on a black metal stand with a rectangular base and two upward-reaching arms that hold the glass sheet firmly in place.
Glass lives with the light. Colours, texture and shape may appear slightly different in reality compared to photos, as a screen can never fully capture how glass refracts and lets light through. You are always welcome to view the artwork or item in the studio before purchasing.
