This sculptural piece of glass art has been created using the Tiffany technique and is shaped like a cube. The motif is built up from square glass pieces in a wide variety of colors, such as red, blue, green, yellow, orange and white.
The glass pieces are carefully copper-foiled and joined with dark solder seams that give clear contours to all the squares of the cube. When light falls through the piece, the vibrant structure of the glass and the intense color variations from each side emerge.
Glass lives with the light. Colours, texture and shape may appear slightly different in reality compared to photos, as a screen can never fully capture how glass refracts and lets light through. You are always welcome to view the artwork or item in the studio before purchasing.
